Matt did a very thorough job inspecting this house; with his expertise he found issues with the electric, plumbing, brick foundation, vapor barrier, water heater, crawl space, AC, and some minor things. Some of these issues are a safety hazard as well as needed to be repaired. Matt was very professional and polite he went over the report with me and answered all my questions. He gave me his card to call or email if I have any more questions or concerns. The inspection report was sent to me the same day the inspection was done.
