One in Raleigh (serving Wake, Harnett, & Johnston County) and another on Topsail Island (serving Pender, Onslow, and New Hanover Counties) We do travel outside of these counties for an additional fee. Meet The Owner
Matt Williams

Our North Carolina Licensed Home Inspector Matt Williams has grown up in and worked in the construction industry his whole life and has a deep knowledge and understanding of the home building and renovating process. He's done everything from building luxury swimming pools on the coast of North Carolina, to doing stonemasonry in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, and has overseen the renovation process of over 150 homes as a project manager for a "house flipping" company based in the Raleigh Durham area. Since he had the knowledge and the experience, he decided to get licensed as a home inspector 2015 and hasn't looked back.
In Matt's free time he enjoys the activities that keep him active, like camping, hiking, surfing, kayaking, whitewater rafting, skateboarding, snowboarding, and woodworking. He loves to travel with his wife when he's not inspecting homes, and has been to 49 states and Puerto Rico (he just needs to cross Hawaii off of his list), In the summer of 2023, Matt and his wife welcomed the birth of their first child, so they may not be doing much traveling anytime soon. Matt is also passionate about donating to charities that truly help others in need, every Christmas Matt and Alpha Home Inspections give presents to a child at the Oxford Orphanage. You may see him with long hair or short, several times over the past years, Matt has grown his hair out in able to donate his hair to the Wigs For Kids Foundation. He generally does this every other St. Patrick's Day in solidarity with The St. Baldrick's Foundation. Each of these foundations help with Childhood Cancer. 15% of all water testing profits go to Fight For The Forgotten, a Non-Profit organization building wells for the Pygmies in the Congo.
