Our Services
Experienced. Knowledgeable. Professional.
All of our home inspections, meet and exceed the Standards of Practice set by the North Carolina Home Inspector Licensure Board. We offer an extensive inspection encompassing all of the components of a home. Any findings or defects that we find will be outlined in a home inspection report delivered to your email. Most inspection reports are delivered the same day, or within 24 hours of the inspection. Once you have a chance to look over the inspection report with your realtor, you'll have a much better understanding of the home. And please, give us a call if you have any questions about the report, we're here to help you.
All of our home inspections include an Infrared Inspection at no added cost. An inspection using an infrared or thermal imaging camera allows us to see things that can be hidden behind walls, such as missing insulation, a leaking pipe, trapped moisture, electrical defects and more.

Other Services We Offer
Besides just the buyer's home inspection, we also offer Pre-Drywall Inspections, Builder Warranty Inspections, Re-Inspections/Repair Verification, Radon Testing, Water Testing, & Radon in Water Testing.
Pre-Drywall Inspections
If you're building a new home, a pre-drywall inspection is one of the most important steps you can take during the building process. It's much easier and cost effective to find these defects while the home is being built as opposed to finding out later when you try to sell the home.
Builder's 1 Year Warranty Inspections
You should schedule this inspection before the builder's 1-year warranty has expired. This is a complete home inspection with the inspection report for you to hand to your builder. The builder may have to reimburse you or repair any defects found, depending on the warranty.
Re-Inspection/Repair Verifications
After the initial inspection is completed and the seller's have completed repairs on the home. We can go back out to the home to verify that the repairs were made correctly and that the repaired systems are functioning as intended. This typically costs $250 depending on the repairs and location.
Radon Testing
Radon is the leading cause of lung cancer among non-smokers. Radon is a radioactive gas that can only be detected by radon tests. According to the EPA, 1 in 15 homes in the U.S. is affected by Radon. We use an electronic radon monitor that is faster and more accurate than the charcoal kits.
