To maximize efficiency and minimize drive time between appointments, we now list only one available inspection time per day on our scheduler. This allows us a little flexibility to adjust our schedule as necessary, and group inspections that are closer together on the same day rather than going to the same neighborhood multiple times in one week.

Please call to schedule inspections on homes listed over $1 Million, the cost of the inspection and the amount of time it takes to inspect these homes vary due to the luxury features in the home. If you'd like an earlier appointment than what is listed or have flexibility with your preferred date, simply leave a note when scheduling, and we will be in touch as soon as possible to assist you.

Once we confirm the inspection, the client will receive a link to a "Client Portal" where they'll be instructed to sign the inspection contract(s), and have the option to pay online prior to the inspection. In the Client Portal, it will list a start time for the inspection. This start time is not exact, and we advise the agent to coordinate with their client on a good time to arrive for the inspection.
